These German based artist rocked the place, their energy and keeping the crowd entertained needed no questioning. Influenced by reggae these guys have take on the scene by storm. The reaction from the audience said it all, as they sang along and danced.

This lyrical Empress is making a name for herself with a graceful stage presence and smooth sounds. Seeing her perform live at the Reggae Jam 2013 and the response from the audience, words can not begin to describe. Such an admirable woman with a bright future ahead of her. Jah9 also released  a new album called New Name, with the song Jah9-Mr Right. I'd say Jah9 is a must listen too.

The heat wave did not only come through weather last night, it came through Woman in Dub as well. Soulful sounds and poetic justice by Jazzmine Tutum, Saria Idana and Coshiva. This great poetic and soulful experience was brought to Vienna by these 3 woman from different spheres of this earth.

Senegal and Gambia unite in music, artist from across Europe came together to share a stage and represent Africa. The likes of Olugander abukpapa, Shaka, Ras Pyton, Nu Chilly, Momar Gaye, Ras Askia and Simplicity sound and DJ Taff represented Flag Flows High Senegambia.

This night was a rare night where I felt back into memories of the days I spent in the Caribbean. But NO it was not in the Caribbean, no it was in the middle of Europe, at the Reigen, Vienna. It all started with the Austrian band Souljah. I must confess its either I don't like German Hip Hop or Reggae that much and so my expectations of Souldja were not high ones.
