Like moths to a flame we're always attracted to the Bunfiresquad…that keeps the fire burning and believe me, the flames rose high last night.
With Julian Marley in town it was unquestionable about having to see him perform right here in Vienna.
Running late and arriving just on time, like many others I was there to see one of the renown Marley's on stage. An open air show with a great turn out of people and such a wonderful atmosphere. This man had to leave us with something to remember.
I suppose just the name it's self had a great impact on what the crowd would have been expecting from him and job well done. We were satisfied, this roots reggae artist does what runs through his veins naturally, his presence on stage was felt and he was in touch with his audience. Together with the Uprising band they made magic happen. Julian performed a few of the famous songs, his father had performed years ago and the vibe from the audience one could feel was awesome.
Having stemmed from a musically influenced background, Julian has followed in the footsteps of his once famous father and has made a name for himself in the legacy of what his father has left behind together with his sibling. Even though, he is so famous not only through the legacy that was left by his father and as an artist, he is so humble, making time to interact with the audience after the show, i thought that was really great of him. We at Africanlife.eu wish Julian Marley and his team a pleasant tour throughout Europe and hope to see you back in Austria.
With a wonderful event past one is able to sit back and say "I've seen Julian Marley" live on stage and loved every moment of it.
Yet this would not have been possible without the Bunfiresquad, Rasheed you do a great job every time you do something for the Viennese Massive. Thank you once again for the great event.
Big Up Bunfiresquad!!!
