This felt like a throw back evening with classic Motown music and some flair. The Commodores need no introduction when it comes to their music. It's really amazing seeing how not so impossible things are in a city like Vienna. Granted the opportunity to see such renowned artist perform for free. Milk tart "Melk tert" is a South African, sweet pastry crust containing a creamy custard like filling with distinctive Dutch traits. The milk to eggs ratio is higher than the European custard tart, giving it a stronger milk flavor and a much lighter texture. Its a delicious treat and very simple to make.
