Prosi Exotic Festival "The first and the biggest Exotic Street Party Festival in Austria Since 12 Years"

PROSI Exotic Supermarket has been organizing an international Street Festival popularly known as the Prosi Exotic Festival for the past 12 years. They are proud to say that these festivals have been enhanced every year with the help of their loyal customers.

In addition to Prosi Exotic Festival and International Food Festival, in the last two years Prosi has also organized an ‘Inter religious Conference program’ in partnership with Viennese District Authorities. The events were attended by more than 6000 visitors and were very well appreciated. This year again, Prosi hosted its traditional Exotic Festival, along with the Inter religious Conference.

The success of the Prosi Exotic Street Festival this year was amazing! They received innumerable messages praising the quality, the diversity and the colourfulness of the festival. The Prosi Team is really happy about it.

The entire Prosi Team would like to thank each and every one of you – visitors, performing artists, contributors and volunteers - wholeheartedly for your support.

Prosi Global Charity

Prosi has been conducting charity projects for many years. Prosi’s charity projects in the past included financial assistance to support school education for the poor , helping the sick by assisting them financially for medical procedures, financial assistance for constructing houses in economically backward regions, financial help to build Bathroom cum Toilets in rural villages, donations for cancer and kidney patients, etc..

Last year (2011), PROSI initiated a different genre of Charity work. What we have undertaken was to go and provide direct assistance to those in need. As you can see the below pictures, the CEO of PROSI, Mr. Prince Pallikunnel and his Daughter Greshma  spent 3 weeks of their vacation time with the Adivaasi community in a remote village 70 Km away from Indore- (Madhya Pradesh – India), and constructed 5 houses for them. (See more details about the project described in English and Hindi Dailies below)

This year (2012) the PROSI Charity Project committed 5 houses to the underprivileged people of a remote village in Western Africa. The project started in the middle of January 2012 and was completed by the 24th of March 2012. The entire work was conducted under the direct supervision of PROSI CEO, Mr Prince Pallikunnel.

On completion of the work and during the handing over ceremony the entire Village honoured Mr Pallikunnel by giving him the title ‘ TORGBO DOTSE-EWE II (Chief II of Tagborkope/Sasakope). The handing over ceremony was a colourful event and was attended by over 350 individuals which included the Village Chief, the District Collector, Indian friends living in Africa etc.. In future, we are planning to expand our Charity works to Bangladesh, Brazil, Nepal etc..
